Eligible purchases made through Vidlla are supported by our escrow-based transaction system. Rather than immediately making the seller’s funds available, the payment is held during the applicable transaction period, giving the buyer an opportunity to receive, inspect, and verify the product.
Where a legitimate issue arises, the buyer can raise a cancellation or dispute request through their order history. Vidlla reviews the circumstances and, where appropriate, engages both parties to reach a fair resolution before funds are released or a refund is approved.
