1.2 Seller Contact Information

Sellers may provide Vidlla with their phone numbers and WhatsApp contact links.

Where a seller chooses to make their contact information available through a listing, Vidlla may display the seller’s phone number and/or WhatsApp link on that listing so that interested users can contact the seller directly.

When you use a seller’s phone number or WhatsApp link, your communication may take place outside Vidlla and may be subject to the privacy practices of the relevant telecommunications or messaging service.

Vidlla does not control or take responsibility for information that users voluntarily exchange directly with one another outside the Platform.

Depending on the payment method and provider, the payment provider may collect and process information such as payment card details, bank information, account details, or other payment credentials.

Vidlla does not intend to store your complete payment card credentials when those details are submitted directly to the relevant payment gateway. Payment information is processed according to the privacy policies and security practices of the applicable payment provider.

Vidlla may receive transaction-related information from payment providers, such as:

– Payment status
– Transaction reference
– Amount paid
– Currency
– Payment method
